Billy is a globally renowned and trained Indigenous chef, tourism ambassador, cultural pundit, and social advocate.
His illustrious accomplishments include:

Additionally, he is the former National Culinary Strategist for Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada, and currently mentor to countless youth.
Billy grew up with food being synonymous with Indigenous communities. He first learned to cook from his mother with ingredients that were provided solely from the land. He then went on to work in various countries around the world before moving to Kingsville with his wife and daughter to make a permanent home.
Billy has always viewed the land as the original grocery store and is so excited to further highlight local food and beverage creations at the Kingsville Brewery Taphouse. As the Director of Food and Beverage, Billy will use his vast knowledge and experience to help create a culinary story that will pair beautifully with the amazing selection of Kingsville Brewery beer and the Butcher of Kingsville proteins and game meats.
